Presbyterian Kids Connection with Park Ranger David Young

Our 3rd–5th graders gathered in the Fellowship Hall from noon to 2:00 for another unforgettable PKC Sunday! After lunch, Park Ranger David Young walked in with a very special guest: a real, live snake!
The kids (and a few brave grown-ups) got to meet and gently touch the snake, ask a million curious questions, and learn all the coolest facts about these amazing creatures God made. Ranger David shared why snakes are important, how they move, what they eat, and why we don’t need to be afraid of most of them.
Then everyone crafted their own plush snake buddy to take home. A perfect keepsake from a morning filled with wonder, giggles, and brand-new knowledge.
This is PKC at its best: church family sharing passions, kids discovering God’s wild creation, and generations connecting through faith, fun, and fellowship.
