Children in 5th grade (and older) and their parents are invited to a Baptism Education Workshop, February 8, 9:30 – 10:30, in John Allan Hall in the Gideon Blackburn House.

• Learn about the sacrament of Baptism and the promises that were made on their behalf by their parents and the congregation.

• Discuss the significance of confirming their own faith when they are in 8th grade, and what that process of Confirmation will involve.

• Discover who walks with children on their journey of faith!

The congregation will celebrate this milestone with a “Walk with Me” blessing and gift of a walking stick, February 8, at the 11:00 service.
